I’m so aggravated!! I’ve been unemployed since March 25th.That’s not the issue! I’ve been going to school for three weeks and I’m getting unemployed benefits. However since no one at the unemployment agency, at the onset of my benefits, informed me that I need a school waiver form in order to continue receiving a check, I have to go to a hearing!! It would have been nice to receive a head’s up when I first filed my claim! Yes, I did say that I would be starting school when first asked by an agent! Oh! When I called about the inquiry regarding my certification, the agent on the phone said that I get the form, fill it out and then it is reviewed for approval! Hah!! Mr Unemployment man, please inform your clients that a hearing is involved and copies of class schedules, diplomas and all that other malarkey is required to bring to the hearing!! Don’t tell them the issue will be solved! Its not that simple!!I may not now be eligible for benefits and since no one has called me for interviews on my job apps, I’m seriously considering going back to Big Boy just to get money in!! Don’t want to but with all this jumping through hoops and all the bureaucratic hoopla that follows, I may have no other recourse!! Sorry, just venting…
